Telecommunications

QI is well positioned as a nascent player in the European telecom industry, following its acquisition of an independent United Kingdom-based telecommunications provider. QI's telco subsidiary, better known as QI Comm, offers end-to-end services tailored specifically to meet the requirements of international telecommunications network operators and enterprises. These include systems integration, engineering services, and advanced telecommunications solutions. The team's industry knowledge of new and emerging technologies, packaged with competitive rates and expert service, has resulted in significant turnover growth for the subsidiary. Currently, 75 percent of the company's revenue is generated in the UK and the rest of Europe, and the remaining 25 percent, in emerging markets. The focus in emerging markets is especially concentrated in countries of the African sub-continent and South Asia, through partnerships with well-known industry players like BSNL and Singapore Telecom.

Training and Education
Charismatic leaders are born to lead. The V, QI's training arm, comprises a dedicated and professional team of trainers who offer customised training and support to international entrepreneurs through global marketing events, network management, and development programs. The division's flagship event, V-Convention, is the largest global event within the Group, with participants from over 30 countries converging in one location for an intense four-day training programme. To date, The V has organised many highly successful V-Conventions in various East African and Asian capitals. Smaller scale regional conventions are organised at least once a month in different parts of the world.

Property Development and Project
13 years on, QI is still bucking the odds, and going against the grain. With the Asian economies taking a tumble, we are aggressively investing in a wide array of property – from luxury villas and holiday resorts in Thailand, to hotels in South Africa and Sri Lanka. QI's team of property development professionals, working closely with prominent architects and development consultants, have already begun work in developing boutique high-end residential properties targeted to discerning investors and homeowners. The group's flagship development currently in progress is the 167-acre luxury resort nestled in Kuala Rompin in Peninsular Malaysia.

Also, bringing together a team of experienced and highly competent individuals is Vigilant, our project management arm that is dedicated to the management and operations of various special interest initiatives under the QI Group. Currently, the team manages an exclusive private lounge, and is also responsible for sourcing and developing innovative, technologically-advanced eco-friendly products, for introduction into the Group's various global markets.

Logistics
QI's logistics division, Quex Courier was established in 2005 as a warehouse and distribution centre for the company's direct selling arm, QNet. Today, with two warehouses in Malaysia and Hong Kong covering 30,000 square feet, 44 staff, and trading partners and customers from all points across the world, Q-Ex aspires to be recognised as a first-rate international distribution centre.

Over the years, Q-Ex has developed its own advanced warehouse management system to manage its vast and growing shipping database efficiently. It handles packaging and processing, and also provides a global network of customers from over 180 countries with cost-effective delivery of products right to their doorstep.

While maintaining its main operations within Malaysia, Q-Ex also provides bulk shipments to customers and agents in other key markets such as United Arab Emirates, Philippines, Indonesia, Germany, North and South America, South Africa, India, Australia and the United Kingdom.
