For the third year in a row, QI Hong Kong has been awarded as one of the country’s top employers at HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For, held on 28 April at the JW Marriott Hotel. Representing QI Hong Kong was Group Managing Director Richard E. Zinkiewicz.

Each year, HR Asia hosts the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards, where entrants’ practices are reviewed to see how they stand out from the rest. These companies are reviewed with at least 20% of their workforce surveyed. The survey is structured into three categories: employee engagement, workplace culture, and advancement and development opportunities.

This year, 26 out of more than 100 participating companies proved themselves worthy of the prestigious award. Of these, four companies have consistently won in the past three years – these are the AS Watson Group, British American Tobacco Asia Pacific Region Limited, New World Development Company Limited, and, of course, QI Group Hong Kong.

In a speech in front of the award-giving body and other attendees, Mr Zinkiewicz says, “Nothing makes us happier than knowing that our efforts make our people happy. Happy people are the best people, because they continue to grow with us.”

Also present at the awarding ceremony were QI Director of Finance & Planning Cathy Zhou, QNET Chief of Network Success Malou Caluza, QNET Chief Operations Officer Malcolm Chiu, and some of the QI Hong Kong staff who attended the event to give their full support.
