Job Summary

The Business Process Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the comprehensive design, development, implementation, and successful execution of the business processes and systems within the QI Group.

The incumbent will be responsible in managing companywide SOPs and ensuring documents are updated in a timely manner.

This role is critical in bridging the gaps between business strategy, enterprise architecture and business processes (implemented through systems, people and their individual job functions).


Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Responsible for the creation of detailed workflows that capture the business process and adherence to business requirements
  2. Administer BPM or related Applications (example: SharePoint)
  3. Involved in documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
  4. Supports senior management to drive the strategy execution through designing new business models; streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to change management.
  5. Assist or directly lead the creation of future state value stream maps with the involvement of process owner. Documents and communicate the potential benefits of future state improvements.
  6. Update and maintain KPI dashboards or process completion status dashboards as needed to communicate status to the executive team and Business units at large.
  7. Track and summarize the effects and impacts of process in terms of financial benefits and other related benefits.
  8. Proven facilitation skills with previous experience designing workshops, facilitating sessions and working with teams to gain crucial input from key contributors
  9. Facilitate delivery of Business Process and Continuous Improvement related training tools, techniques, templates, methodology across the Group.
  10. Conduct, document, and report-out the results of internal process adherence audits performed.
  11. Managing process changes and communication of changes.
  12. Identify business risks and mitigations / control processes
  13. Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users when required
  14. Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
  15. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior management regarding progress, issues and plans for resolution.
  16. Act as a project manager whenever required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related areas
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SOP documentation, business operations, project management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with formal project management and continuous improvement methodologies; i.e. Lean or Six Sigma, Agile, PMP
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and workflow mapping.
  • Technical writing skills including developing SOP’s and Work Instructions.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification, BPM Certification preferably



  • Total years of in the job experiences: Minimum 5 years
  • Required Skills:
    • Project management and or change management experience and understanding.
    • Strong workflow creation skills, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Ability to holistically examine a business process through business process mapping; effectively identify process improvement opportunities; creatively develop approaches for business problem solving and critically evaluate the tradeoffs between business value drivers and costs.
    • Model desired processes and identify ways of standardizing and delivering an efficient process that supports Business teams
    • Specialized in analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated will be an added advantage
    • Strong leadership skills and very strong team management skills including clear communication, firm authority for process guidance, and ability to break through change resistance.
    • Proven experience with requirements gathering and documentation, and customer journey analysis / process mapping / Value stream mapping
    • Project management experience working with cross-functional teams, leading projects related to continuous improvement, Business Process management and automation.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to apply practical experience to simplify business processes. Ability to standardize and simplify solutions to achieve the business objectives
    • Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business
    • Must be a self-starter, independent and be able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Experience with Internal Audit program.(not mandatory)
