Job Summary

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimise departmental operations in accordance with overall business objectives.
  • Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet the market that covers products launching till shipping and S&H charges in the estore.
  • Monitor the sales data and trend and highlight exceptionals at the 3PL warehouses, agents and rep offices stocks holdings together with the total world plan stock distribution vs the sales trend by country.
  • Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system within the main, secondary and all other warehouses based on the sales and forecast.
  • Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending to and resolving customer issues with all different stakeholders and other departments.
  • Prepares necessary SOP’s for fulfilment processes. Analyse current operations and make recommendations on ways to improve.
  • Ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline provided.
  • Any other job functions as delegated by their superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chains or Logistics
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is preferable

Requirements:

  • Total years of working experiences: 3 to 5 years
  • Total years of in the job experiences: min with 3 to 5 years in supply chains/logistics
