Job Summary

  1. Define UX/UI & Digital Analytics Strategy
  2. Drive User Experience change & improvement in both IR & Corporate platform
  3. Drive & Improve eCommerce platform operations
  4. Lead Digital marketing & communications

 

Essential Functions:

  • Lead Digital marketing team and outsourced resources to drive the marketing strategies and operation to support digital innovation; while working closely with QNet’s Marketing and Communication and Network Success teams and the V to create digital platform strategies and streamline overall digital engagement and users experience
  • Drive eCommerce Platform operations of QNet; ensure smooth functioning of the e-store, efficient cooperation between Marketing, Comms, IT, S&OP, Supply Chain to drive customer satisfaction & sales. Ensure consistent update & enhancement of the e-store platform.
  • Drive Digital marketing & communications strategy and execution. Ensure efficient usage of all digital communication channels including own and external websites, email, text, messengers & Social media.
  • Establish proper Digital analytics (Web, Commerce, Mobile etc)
  • Interact with customers / IRs through various digital and non-digital channels to collect market intelligence and understand the market trend and customer behavior in terms of digital innovation and adoption.
  • Act as the Business Driver of QNet’s Digital Innovation initiative by exploring new business and technology opportunities to create new experience and/or products for our digital platform with special focus in the following areas:
    • Online Digital Products
    • Online Digital Ecosystem
    • Mobile platform integration and development
    • Digital engagement and user experience
  • Work closely with development teams and technology vendors, establish and manage the service levels of the various digital platforms vendors with an objective to optimized the company’s overall digital experience and maximize service availability
  • Closely follow up all digital platform project implementation and on-going operating issues and take ownership to work out short and long term mitigationPrepare proposal to senior management with options, pros and cons, business cases, get funding approval for new digital projects
  • Implement digital projects through by identifying and aligning suitable project drivers for each project together with business and technology supporting teams according to standard project development life cycle

 

Qualifications:

  • Business or Science Degree with specialization in Marketing or IT / Digital
  • 7+ year experience in ecommerce ideally with direct selling / multi-level marketing environment

Requirements

  • Goals-oriented, passionate, aggressive and is very pro-active to achieve the set targets
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing & communications
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce (Preferred)
  • Internet domain management experience and general IT infrastructure knowledge
  • Digital product development experience ideally on mobile platforms would be an asset
  • Solid team management skills
  • Good understanding of risk and ability to function well in a large and complex organization
  • Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to prepare and deliver briefings confidently to management and business partners.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong technical writing and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments, build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional teams.
