  1. Perform all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors system administration, including but not limited to business process configuration, integration set-up, and security maintenance.
  2. Provide expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Time Attendance and Time Off, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, LMS.
  3. Create report and dashboard solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimise existing reports.
  4. Responsible for delivering SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that align with business strategies while enabling efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation.
  5. Collaborate with the team and various stakeholders to drive an improved user experience.
  6. Troubleshoot errors, investigate problems, and provide general production support to SAP SuccessFactors users. Configure, propose, and test resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  7. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  8. Ensure data quality through process improvement and audits.
  9. Support future implementations, including but not limited to requirements gathering, module implementation, and business process testing.
  10. Create and maintain Administrator and End-User training materials and provide end-user support.

  9. Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR SaaS solutions.
  10. Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerBI.
  1. 5+ Years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors system administration.
  2. Configuration experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors domains, specifically Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management and Recruitment
  3. Configuration experience in Security, Reporting and Dashboards.
  4. Experience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain and creating appropriate SAP SuccessFactors security roles.
  5. Experience with Audit, Governance and GDPR Compliance of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
  6. Experience solving tenant configuration and integration issues.
  7. Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information.
  8. Good Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel are a must.
  9. Comfortable working in an international environment.
  10. Fluent in written and spoken English.
