JOB PURPOSE
- Perform all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors system administration, including but not limited to business process configuration, integration set-up, and security maintenance.
- Provide expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Time Attendance and Time Off, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, LMS.
- Create report and dashboard solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimise existing reports.
- Responsible for delivering SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that align with business strategies while enabling efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation.
- Collaborate with the team and various stakeholders to drive an improved user experience.
- Troubleshoot errors, investigate problems, and provide general production support to SAP SuccessFactors users. Configure, propose, and test resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Ensure data quality through process improvement and audits.
- Support future implementations, including but not limited to requirements gathering, module implementation, and business process testing.
- Create and maintain Administrator and End-User training materials and provide end-user support.

Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerBI.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors system administration.
- Configuration experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors domains, specifically Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management and Recruitment
- Configuration experience in Security, Reporting and Dashboards.
- Experience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain and creating appropriate SAP SuccessFactors security roles.
- Experience with Audit, Governance and GDPR Compliance of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- Experience solving tenant configuration and integration issues.
- Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel are a must.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
