Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of all incoming and outgoing goods movement of the warehouse which includes receiving, storage and issuance.
- Ensure stock release in line with shipment schedule.
- Control inventory accuracy through timely verification of stocks movement record and periodical cycle-count
- Ensure all goods movements are tracked at various stages with proper system and documentation records.
- Responsible accurate inventory counts and records.
- Reconciliation of stock for any stock discrepancy.
- Planning and coordinating the activities involved in purchasing materials and delivery of products
- Able to lead the operations floor in absence of operations supervisor.
- Responsible for overall inventory team tasks.
- Responsible for monthly stock report submission, reconciliation, and variance report.
- To ensure full compliance order picking and packing activities.
- To inspect outbound shipments,
- Ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline provided.
- Any other job junctions as delegated by his/her superior
Authority:
- Authorized to assign duties to the subordinates and monitor the subordinate’s performance
- Authorized to access all inventory records and related operational function
- Authorized to receive incoming goods / shipments
- Authorized to release outgoing goods / shipments
- Authorized to approve or reject overtime claims for jobs performed
Qualifications: Educational or Experiential Requirements for the Job
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in inventory management / purchasing
- Must be computer literate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of WMS / SAP / ERP SYSTEM
