Job Summary
- Project Driver for Community Projects

- Coordinates foundation communication work with QI communication team
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of project and ensure reporting is on time.
- Executes project, work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its related scope.
- Enforces project standards.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Engage in budget preparation process and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Plan and schedule project time-lines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverable.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the stakeholders/partners, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution.
- Conduct site visit to project implementation site to ensure the project are implemented as agreed
- Complete other duties and activities as needed and requested by the HOD
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university, graduate degree in related field (Social Science).
- Experience in Words, Excel and Power Point and other relevant applications
Requirements:
- Total years of working experiences: minimum two years
- Total years of in the job experiences: preferably 1 year experience in project management
