JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible to design, develop and implement salary administration plans and benefits programs to ensure we are aligned with approved organisation positioning globally.
- The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees whilst minimising turnover and enhancing the organisation profile globally as an Employer of Choice.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Responsible to develop SOPs in line with Compensation & Benefits scope of work.
- Direct administration of
- Employees benefits programs
- Foreign employees’ compensation and benefits program/package
- 13th Month Salary Payout
- Annual Salary Increment (ASI) and ad-hoc salary revisions and guidelines
- Annual Performance Bonus
- Develop and revise Employment Grade and Salary Scale for all positions.
- Responsible to develop and prepare month-end reports & dashboards.
- Ensure Employee Handbook is consistently updated based on the revised resolutions & policies.
- Responsible to ensure revised Employment Benefits are communicated effectively
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree / Diploma in HRM or any other certificate qualifications in line with Compensation & Benefits skills.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Compensation & Benefits Executive capacity.
- Excellent understanding of the current C&B market practice and inflation rates.
- Essential to possess in-depth understanding and knowledge in tabulating, recommending and preparing remuneration analysis and reports
- Excellent analytical skills are crucial and must undertake an advisory role in relation to remunerations and benefits matters.
- Hands-on experience in developing Performance Bonus and Annual Salary Increment templates globally in line with PMP ratings.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes and leadership.
- Required to be meticulous in organising, planning, and executing delegated tasks.
- Proactive work behaviour and attitude are crucial and essential.
- Decision-making skills are essential and can lead leaders as and when required.
