Green Venture Capital (GVC), a subsidiary of Wawasan QI Properties Group (WQIP) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with China Energy Hua Ren Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (CEHR) to undertake the 1.1 billion dollar construction of QI City Development project in Bandar Meru Raya, Perak.

Scheduled to break ground in 2016, this mega project comprises of a teaching hospital with public and private wings, Quest International University Perak (QIUP) campus, three residential blocks, retail outlets, a medical rehabilitation centre, a massive convention hall and hotel suites while conveniently centered around key district landmarks.

First of its kind in Malaysia, the teaching hospital models a PPP concept to strengthen collaborative ties between both private and public wings and aims to put a spotlight on medical tourism. QI Group of Companies hopes to achieve its vision of being the education and medical hub in Malaysia through the development of this exciting project.

The QI City Development project is currently scheduled for completion three years from its date of commencement.
