The QI Group is one of the few Asian companies to own a Swiss watch brand. Founded in 1924 in the town of Bubendorf in Switzerland, the CIMIER brand joined the QI family in 2006. CIMIER is sold in 14 countries and has been voted the best new-comer brand in Russia. The first flagship CIMIER Store opened in Zurich in November 2009. CIMIER was also among the 2,000 exhibitors who participated recently in the Baselworld 2010, the premier watch and jewelry exhibition held in Basel in Switzerland, from March 18-25. Three new elegant models were unveiled at this eight-day event and CIMIER Managing Director Martin Bartsch was in top spirits, because the number of orders for 2010 had increased significantly by 20 percent, as compared to 2009.
