For the QI Group, this has been a particularly challenging aspect of the employee experience since we are a multinational with diverse employees in terms of geographical presence, expatriate movement, cultural backgrounds, professional experience, and age.

Our Human Resources team tackled these challenges head-on to develop a structured onboarding plan that has helped improve employee understanding about the company and its culture, created a cohesive learning environment, and fostered a supportive work place for new joiners.

For these efforts, we were recently awarded Bronze for Best Onboarding Experience at the Employee Experience Awards 2024.
