QI Hong Kong has been awarded one of the Best Companies To Work For in Asia 2018, for the fourth consecutive time!

Each year, HR Asia hosts the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards’, where companies’ practices are reviewed to see how they stand out from the rest. These companies are reviewed with at least 20% of their workforce surveyed, and is structured into three categories: employee engagement, workplace culture, and advancement and development opportunities.

With this win, QI Hong Kong joins AS Watson Group, British American Tobacco Asia Pacific Region Limited and New World Development Company Limited as winners in their fourth consecutive year. Other notable award winners include Pfizer Corporation, AXA Hong Kong, KPMG China, and SAS Institute.

Representing the company at the award ceremony was Mr Boby Lam, HR and Administration Manager. On behalf of the QI Group of Companies, he gave a speech of gratitude as he accepted the award.

“It’s our great honour to win this award for the 4th year, being one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia, Hong Kong. We are so proud to be recognised for our HR efforts and we’re pleased to know that our employees appreciate what we’ve been doing, as reflected by our survey results.”

He also assured everyone present at the event that QI will continue to do better and uphold the same excellent workplace performance that has merited them the award.
