
RYTHM Foundation, the social impact initiative of the QI Group, was honoured at India’s CSR & Sustainability Awards 2025 for its transformative efforts in women’s empowerment and education.
The Safer Cities for Girls project, which the Foundation implemented in collaboration with Plan India, was recognised for creating safe spaces for adolescent girls in a slum community in Delhi, enabling them to thrive within their community.
Meanwhile, the Enabling Foundational Literacy and Numeracy initiative, developed with the Parinaama Development Foundation, received acclaim for improving literacy rates in rural North Bengal, breaking the cycle of poverty.


Santhi Periasamy, Head of RYTHM Foundation, received the awards at the ceremony in New Delhi.
She also joined a panel discussion on CSR’s role in promoting ethical governance, highlighting RYTHM’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and impactful collaborations.
These awards, presented by the All-India Business Community & Foundation (AIBCF), reflect the collective effort of our partners and the inspiring resilience of the communities we serve.
