QI Group’s social impact initiative RYTHM Foundation has won Silver at the CSR Times Awards 2021 for its economic empowerment of women in eastern India through its microenterprises project. The Foundation was awarded under the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) division for the Livelihoods category.

Through this collaboration with Parinaama Development Foundation (a non-profit organisation that works towards bringing about rural prosperity through sustainable livelihoods in India), over 10,000 women will be part of this capacity-building initiative.

These women will establish their own enterprises and develop both technical and business skills. The programme is poised to sustain itself beyond the grant support by RYTHM Foundation due to the collaboration with supporters of the Parinaama network of NGOs, the local government initiatives for women and the ability to leverage the local vendor markets.
