QI Malaysia proudly brought home the HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia Award 2016, for the second consecutive year.

This win saw QI Malaysia receiving the award alongside 44 other companies including Unilever Malaysia, RHB Banking Group, Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd, and Manulife Insurance Berhad.

This is the fourth win for the Group – QI Hong Kong and QI Malaysia both having won the award for the first time in 2015 and repeating the feat this 2016.

QI scored high across the board with both the Employee Input Survey and Workplace and Employee Engagement Survey – proving our satisfaction in QI’s employee engagements, workplace culture, advancement and development opportunities.

QI Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Christopher Ian Watson expressed his delight over the prestigious award, which he says is an affirmation that QI is on the right path.

“QI believes in its employees, and that is the reason for our win again this year! It has been a tough year for many industries in Malaysia, but with a proactive Human Resources Department and support from QI Founders and Directors, QI is again among the best companies to work for in Asia this year, and we hope to keep winning in years to come.”

The award ceremony was held on 28 October, at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Kuala Lumpur.
