Hundreds of QI Group employees, partners, and families came together for Walk For Autism 2025 – a meaningful show of support for greater autism awareness, inclusion, and acceptance.

Held in conjunction with World Autism Awareness Month, the walk was organised by Taarana School, established by RYTHM Foundation, the social impact arm of QI Group. For the Group, joining the walk was more than a symbolic gesture; it reflected a shared commitment to creating a more compassionate and inclusive society.

Walking the Talk
From young children to senior leaders, participants from all walks of life took part in the community event. Their presence underscored the Group’s belief that inclusion starts with awareness and grows through collective action.

“Behind every child with autism is a family navigating daily challenges,” said Kuna Senathirajah, Group Managing Director. “By showing up, we’re not just raising awareness — we’re building a support system.”

A Step Towards Lasting Change
After the walk, attendees explored a variety of family-friendly activities, including inclusive games, educational booths, and resources to support neurodiverse individuals and their caregivers.

Through RYTHM Foundation, QI Group continues to lead initiatives that uplift underserved and special needs communities. The walk is one of many ways the Group turns its core values into real-world action.

Now in its third year, Walk For Autism is a growing movement that inspires greater understanding, not just during Autism Month, but every day. As QI Group employees marched side by side, they reinforced a powerful truth: inclusion is a journey we take together.
