The QI Group was awarded a Bronze at the recent HR Excellence Awards held in Malaysia in the Learning and Development category.  

The HR Excellence Awards celebrate the best HR teams with outstanding human capital strategy planning and employee management programmes. The aim of the awards is to recognise the efforts of HR professionals in Malaysia who have given their company, their leaders, and their people managers, the tools to attract, retain, engage and develop talent.  

All submissions are 100% peer-reviewed by a jury of experienced Human Resources practitioners across 34 categories that cover HR functions ranging from recruitment, employee engagement, learning, leadership development, retention, and more. 

The 2022 edition of the awards, which also marks its 10^th anniversary, focussed on teams and individuals who demonstrated resilience in pushing the boundaries of people strategy, and achieving new heights in employee engagement, performance management, and more.
