QI Group has submitted its 2025 Communication on Progress (CoP) report to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), reaffirming our commitment to sustainability and responsible business. This underscores our support for the UNGC’s Ten Principles, covering human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
For QI Group, the CoP is more than a compliance exercise. It reflects our broader commitment to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities as we develop a Group-wide sustainability strategy and roadmap, anchored in clear policies, governance structures, and alignment with the UN SDGs.
The 2025 report captures the progress made so far and highlights the foundations we are strengthening to ensure sustainability is embedded across our businesses.

Responsible Business
Our CoP report outlines several initiatives that demonstrate QI Group’s ongoing efforts to contribute to a sustainable future:
• Green Legacy Programme – Since its launch in 2021, this global tree-planting initiative, run in partnership with global partners, has resulted in more than 25,000 trees planted across 11 countries, contributing to biodiversity restoration and climate resilience.
• Employee Well-being – Through our partnership with Naluri, a digital health platform, we continue to support employees with holistic mental and physical wellness tools, aligning with our values of inclusivity and care.
• Governance and Ethics – Our strengthened Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy underline our focus on transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.
These initiatives are directly aligned with the UN SDGs, particularly those on climate action, gender equality, and good health and well-being
Looking Ahead
QI Group recognises that sustainability is an evolving process, and we are committed to continuous improvement. Over the next two years, we will focus on:
• Strengthening environmental stewardship by reducing our ecological footprint and exploring ways to measure and manage emissions more effectively.
• Enhancing corporate governance by embedding ethical practices deeper into our business culture and supply chains.
• Building a sustainable workplace culture by increasing awareness and participation among employees in responsible business initiatives.
In parallel, QI Group is shaping key ESG pillars aligned with material matters and measurable targets, supported by new policies where required and a Group-wide sustainability governance structure to anchor this agenda.
Designed in alignment with the UN SDGs, these efforts will ensure our actions contribute meaningfully to global priorities as well as business responsibilities.
To guide this journey, we have appointed a Corporate Sustainability Manager to lead the development of a Group-wide ESG strategy and roadmap that will shape our long-term ambitions.
Our Commitment
By participating in the UNGC and submitting the CoP report, QI Group demonstrates accountability as a global business. Through this process, we reflect on progress, sharpen our ESG commitments, and align with the evolving sustainability agenda. Anchored in the UN SDGs, our roadmap reinforces accountability to our stakeholders and the wider global community, as we remain committed to transparency and continuous improvement.
