On September 8, 1998, a group of aspiring entrepreneurs came together with a dream to build a business that will make a difference in the lives of people. All they had was hope, prayer, and belief in themselves. It has now been more than two decades and despite the odds stacked against them, Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, kept going. They pivoted as needed, reinvented when it was time, and disrupted the norm! On September 8, 2021, the QI Group celebrated its 23rd anniversary.

A company that started with just a handful of people in the Philippines 23 years ago marked its 23^rd anniversary with a global virtual celebration with more than 800 employees logged in from nearly 30 countries. The anniversary event was livestreamed from our corporate headquarters in Hong Kong.

The highlight of the launch event was a special address by our Founders, Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, who talked about the importance of gratitude.  They expressed their appreciation for all the employees of the group, especially those who have been with the company from its early days, for having placed their faith in them.

More than 70 employees were also honoured at the anniversary event for their long years of service to the company. 49 employees completed 10 years with the QI Group this year, 18 completed 15 years, and 8 employees marked their 20^thanniversary with the Group.
